  • Will I be able to see the old bill pay platform?
    1. Yes, you will be able to see the old bill pay platform for 30 days after our live date of June 25, 2025. After that 30 days, you will no longer be able to see the old bill pay platform.


  • Will I have the option to download my Bill Pay History in CheckFree®?
    1. Yes, you will have that option on the “Activity tab” in CheckFree®.


  • Will my existing Bill Pay history migrate to CheckFree®?
    1. Yes, all existing Bill Pay activities, including payees, autopay plans and eBills, will be available in CheckFree®.


  • Can I cancel payments, including electronic payments?
    1. Yes, payments can be canceled and modified until they are processed.


  • Am I able to enroll for CheckFree® on any device?
    1. With CheckFree®, you will be able to view and accept legal disclosures on any channel or device.


  • Can I set up new eBills? Will my existing eBills migrate to the updated CheckFree®?
    1. You will have the ability to set up, view and pay eBills in the updated Checkfree®. If you already have an active eBill set up, it will be migrated to the updated CheckFree and you will continue to receive those eBills.
