Bad actors are at it again! We DO NOT ask for full information from you because we already have it. We DO NOT text you asking to verify information. If you are unsure about the phone call or text message, please hang up immediately and call one of our locations to verify if it was truly someone from Byron Bank. Bad guys can also spoof phone numbers, so they make it look like they are calling/texting from the bank. Listen to your gut, if the conversation seems off, immediately hang up/DO NOT respond to the text, and call one of our locations directly. DO NOT call or text the number back that called or text you as it could be routed to a bad guy!
